Ordering
Online
The simplest way to order is online, using our shopping cart facility. Simply click on the items you wish to purchase then click on "Add to Cart". When you have finished shopping click on "Checkout" and enter your payment and delivery details. If you have previously elected, your recorded details will be displayed automatically. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, and again on dispatch of your order.

Overseas Orders
We are happy to accept orders from countries outside Australia. All orders from outside Australia can only be paid for by credit card using our online shopping cart facility. Postage for overseas orders is a flat rate of $19.95 (excluding mattresses- please email direct for a quote)
Payments
Indian Feather uses Paypal and enables you to pay with Mastercard, Visa or your own bank account. Paypal is a third party processing service so your financial details are never seen or stored.
Postage and delivery
Your order will be processed and dispatched within 2-4 working days. (We will only ship goods once payment has been received). Orders can be delivered to you or, if requested, direct to a gift recipient. For deliveries within Australia, we use Australia Post, unless you request otherwise. (If you would like it sent express post or registered mail please contact us) We charge flat rates for regular postage and handling, making it easy to calculate the total cost of your order. Our rates are:
Orders of $200 and under pay a flat rate of $8.95 (excluding mattresses)
Orders over $200 are free! (excluding mattresses)
Mattresses are a flat rate of $35 Australia wide (please email direct for a quote for international postage prices)
Gift wrapping
All Indian Feather orders are wrapped in recycled brown paper and gift cards are available if required.
Product exchanges and returns
If by any chance you receive a faulty item or you are unhappy with your purchase we allow an exchange or refund. (this does not include any sale items) All items returned must be in original condition with all labels attached and in their packaging, and must be returned within 7 working days.

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and no postage charges will be refunded. We will, however, forward any replacement items to you free of charge.
